Garl Louis Global, LLC (GLG) is a unique engineering consulting firm focused exclusively on inspection, design, and construction support services for waterfront infrastructure. Although our office is located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, GLG works on interesting and challenging projects across the nation and worldwide. These projects include inspections, analyses, and design of waterfront structures such as piers, wharves, dry docks, and offshore towers.
